Our Staff

Currently, Camp SEA Lab is lucky to have both permanent and seasonal staff that help support the development of this innovative, hands-on marine science program.

Seasonal Staff

Spring and Summer Naturalists
Our naturalists are dynamic individuals who are dedicated to helping inspire youth about our marine environment. Typically our staff are college graduates or are pursuing degrees in marine science and/or education. Each member of our staff brings a unique set of skills to share with our program. Staff are trained to provide a well-rounded educational experiences in the field, help support the positive emotional development of our campers, create a positive team environment during all of our programs, and are always prepared with a game to share to pack a day with fun!

Staff participate in a thorough orientation prior to employment. This comprehensive training provides staff with information regarding camper behavior issues, dealing with homesickness, risk management and safety guidelines for keeping campers safe, responsibilities of being a child advocate, and effective teaching techniques to reach the youth who come through our program.

If you are interested in joining the Camp SEA Lab team as a naturalist, please check our employment page for more information.
